Would the fiber mats one can buy in the horticulture section of a box store that is used for hanging pots work as bedding for composting worms?
answer from BigTex Worms You COULD use it but I would not advise it because it is way to coarse. I would take the worms ages to process it. Maybe if you put it through a chipper shredder first. I would not use it, if it were my bins. The mats are a totally different product than the condensed coconut fiber bricks I use.
