Retail Worm Bin Reviews

Retail worm bin reviews: After several failed attempts at worm composting with a homemade bin, I finally broke down and bought a Worm Factory tm wormbin. I still have the bin some 6 years later and use it for class demonstration.

The advantage of going with retail unit vs. homemade is that the store bought ones are extremely user friendly and allow for more human error. And lets face it, if your worms die, it is likely due to human error. Not to mention they make for easier harvesting, due to the stackable trays. The disadvantage is the cost. You can make your own bin for under $15 whereas a storebought bin will cost from $70-115.
